We might get snow or a freeze on our date. Should the invitation mention it?
One short line does more good than a paragraph. I would put the elevation and a note to bring a warm layer on the details card, because a guest driving up from the coast has no idea they are climbing 3,500 feet. If you want a weather fallback, name it plainly rather than hinting at it, so people know whether to keep the date free. Because the file is digital, a change of plan means I re-export the same design with the new wording and you resend it the same day.
How far ahead should I start my Guatay invitation?
