Digital and paperless invitations

Everything I make is delivered digitally, so the invitation that gets texted looks exactly as considered as the one that gets printed.

Two people going through printed invitation proofs at a table

Most people send invitations by text now, and most of what is available for that is bad. The free platforms give you a stock frame with your words dropped in, and everyone who receives it has seen that frame before. It does the job and it says nothing about the party.

A designed digital invitation is the same idea done properly. It is drawn at the right proportions for a phone screen, the type is sized to be readable at thumbnail, and the colours hold up on both a bright display and a dark one. It arrives in a group chat looking like somebody cared, because somebody did.

Every order comes in three sizes at no extra cost: a tall version for text and iMessage, a wide version for email, and a 9:16 version for Instagram and Facebook stories. If you also want to print a few for grandparents, the print-ready PDF is in the same folder.

If you want guests to reply in one tap, I can build the design around a link to whichever RSVP tool you prefer, so the design is mine and the logistics stay wherever you already track them.

What you actually get

In your inbox

  • A custom digital invitation, designed for screens first
  • Sized for text message, email and Instagram or Facebook stories
  • Print-ready PDF included in the same delivery
  • Optional RSVP link built into the layout
  • Delivered as a shareable folder, no app to install
Not included

What this isn't

  • An RSVP platform or guest list system. I design around the link, I do not host the replies.
  • Sending the invitation on your behalf. You send it, from your own phone or inbox.
  • Animated or video invitations. Everything is a still image or PDF.

Questions people actually ask

How is this different from Evite or Paperless Post?

Those are platforms with template libraries, and they are genuinely good at what they do. What they cannot do is design something for your event specifically. You pick from what exists. Here, nothing exists until I make it, and the file is yours rather than living inside somebody's app.

Can guests RSVP?

Yes, through whichever tool you already use. I build the design around your link, whether that is a Google Form, a Partiful page, or a text-back line. I design the invitation, I do not host the replies, which means you keep your guest list wherever you want it.

Will it look right on every phone?

That is what the three sizes are for. The text version is built tall for iMessage and WhatsApp, the story version is 9:16, and both are tested for readability at the size a thumbnail actually appears. Colours are chosen to hold up in dark mode too.

Can I print it as well?

Yes, and the print-ready PDF comes in the same delivery at no extra cost. Take it to any printer you like, or a local shop, and I will tell you the paper weight and finish to ask for.
