Event flyer design
I spend my working days as an event coordinator at a school, so I know exactly what it is like to need a flyer by Thursday for the fourth time this month.
Every school, church, studio and league has somebody making the graphics in whatever tool is open, at ten at night, because it has to go out tomorrow. It works. It also looks like it. Families skim it, the date gets missed, and an event that took four months to plan gets a poster that took eleven minutes.
A flyer has a harder job than an invitation. It has to work pinned to a corkboard, attached to an email, screenshotted into a group text and posted to a story, and it has to survive being printed in black and white on a school copier. That is a design problem, and it is solvable, but only if somebody solves it on purpose.
One flyer is $125 flat and arrives in four sizes so it works everywhere it needs to go. If your organisation runs six or more events a year, a season package is cheaper per piece and everything matches, which is when families actually start recognising your material.
For churches specifically, the same applies to bulletins, VBS graphics and seasonal series artwork. It is the same work under a different name.

What does a season package cost?
From $650 for six to ten pieces booked at once across your year. It works out cheaper per flyer than one-offs because I build one visual system for your organisation up front and each event drops into it, rather than starting over every time.
Can our staff edit the flyers themselves?
That is what a template set is for, $395. I build a small set of branded templates your team can update in Canva without the design falling apart. You get the system, you make the changes.
Will it print properly on our copier?
Yes, and I check it. Every flyer is tested in greyscale before delivery, because a design that relies on colour contrast alone turns into mud on a school copier and that is where most of these actually get printed.
How fast can you turn one around?
Four days is standard. Forty-eight hours is a rush and adds $60. If you are inside two days, say so and I will tell you honestly whether I can do it well.
