I set a short directions block on the reverse of the card or on a separate details card, naming the approach road and saying where to park on the property. It costs nothing and it saves you six phone calls on the day.
We are planning for September and fire season worries me. What should we do?
Decide the fallback before the invitation goes out rather than after. One line saying you will confirm the plan by text a few days ahead sets the expectation without making the card read as gloomy.
