The coastal side of the base sits at roughly 55 to 75F and the inland ground runs 50 to 85F, with well under twelve inches of rain a year. That gives you a wide outdoor window, and the marine layer near the coast matters more for comfort than any month on the calendar does. If your event is on the inland side during the warm months, say the start time plainly and plan for shade, because the difference between the two zones is real.

You reissue it, and that is far less painful than it sounds. Because everything I deliver is a digital file, a corrected version can go to the same list the day the change is confirmed, and rush turnaround is $95 if it is truly last minute. I also design the date so it can be changed without redrawing the whole layout. Given how often dates shift here, that is the practical difference between digital and print.
Half our list has moved away since we met them. How do we reach everyone?
Send it to phones, not to addresses. With families rotating every two to four years, a contact list built from numbers and messaging apps is far more current than any address book, and a text-sized file forwards cleanly through the group threads people actually stay in. For guests flying in, add a details card with arrival timing and whatever access arrangements they need to make in advance. That card can be updated and resent without touching the invitation itself.
How far ahead should I start my Camp Pendleton invitation?
